HEALTH & SAFETY REGIONAL AUDIT 28th April 2010 - 30th April 2010
This audit exercise was conducted by our regional audit team comprises of 10 audit members came from our various BUs in SW region. A full plant audit was conducted on 28-29th April with many findings & recommendations shared with LP team during the closing meeting on 30th April. The closing meeting was attended by our CEO, SVP-Industrial, SPM, HODs and team leaders.

Stakeholders Relations - LP was invited to take part in the nation wide Green Day School program at SekolahMenengahAyer Hangat on 15 May 2010. This event was also participated by few others private company i.e. hotels and banks. Each participating company was given a tree to be planted around the school premises.
DONATION OF ROOF TO LOCAL COMMUNITY
Stakeholders Relations - LP had donated roof to three needy families at Kampung TelukYu. Each house was given 15 pieces of roof (12') to replace their current bad condition roof.
LP representative lead by Cik Noorhayda Mohd. Noor – HR Manager visiting two houses of our stakeholder nearby the plant for better relationship and to follow up their complaint due to cement dust as highlighted on the dialogue during LP Open Day June 2010.
